We aim to get your suit out to you asap but please allow a delivery window of 1-2 weeks. If you have a holiday or event coming up very soon, please select express delivery and give us details of your deadline. We will try our best to get the parcel to you in time.
Receiving & Hygiene
When first trying on our suits please the bottoms and swimsuits over your underwear. This way you know that you can return them if the fit isn’t right for you.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs and duty charges, which vary greatly depending on the destination country. These charges are payable upon arrival to the local government by the customer and are not included in the original purchase price or shipping charges.
Terms & Conditions
Please note, SLO active is not responsible for packages which are lost or damaged during shipment, or for locating lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. This applies to both domestic and international orders. Please keep hold of your delivery tracking/proof of postage.
If you would like to purchase additional services, such as signature confirmation or insurance, please include a note with your order and we will contact you via email to confirm availability and price.
Additionally, SLO active is not responsible for replacing packages sent to erroneous or outdated addresses, as entered by the customer, so please be sure to double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Goods are considered faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault has occurred. Please carefully follow care instructions, as the item will not be exchanged if the item has been wrongly damaged. Items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and will not be exchanged. If your order is a faulty item, please make sure to contact us to notify us of damaged goods. Please make sure to include your order number and contact details, as well as aa description and photo of the damaged good.
We gladly accept returns for exchange on all items only when received in new condition (excluding sale items) with tags in place. All sale items, including clearance items and items purchased with promotional discount codes are not eligible for exchange.
SLO active does not offer refunds and our policy is an Exchange or Store credit only policy. If you require a different size then please place this as a separate order. Then ensure you return your original order for a refund within 14 days of that original order. We will provide you with a store credit if this size is not available.
Please contact us to notify us of your intention to exchange your order, make sure to include your invoice number and contact details, as well as information on the size of the product you would like to exchange. Be sure to quote:
– Order number
– Details of the item you wish to have instead, and a forwarding name and address.
After receiving approval for your exchange or store credit, please package your suit securely and send it back to the provided address, along with your original receipt. Please be sure to obtain a tracking number with your return to ensure proof of delivery.
No exchanges or store credits on sale items including items purchased with promotional discount codes. All sale items are final sale.
When returning your item, please note the following:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- The customer is responsible for return or exchange postage and any customs charges applicable
- No more than two rounds of exchanges (or store credit) on a purchase
- Please package securely the same way as received
- All sales are final on sale items
- Packages are subject to Customs & Duties charges
- Outbound exchange item shipping is charged to the customer
- All merchandise must be returned in the original condition
- All suits must be returned with tags attached
- We are not responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit
