Shipping terms and conditions


UK Shipping

Shipping is normally processed between 2-7 working days* after orders have been placed, through either Royal Mail or courier service.

*Note: We aim to deliver orders within 7 working days. However, we do not guarantee delivery time and dates.

UK Standard delivery (2-5 working days) – £3.99

UK Express delivery (next working day) – £9.99

Orders must be placed before 12 noon to guarantee next working day delivery.

International shipping

Delivery time will vary. You will be notified via email confirmation when your order has been dispatched, together with an estimated delivery date.

European Union – £6

USA / Canada – £10

Australia / New Zealand – £10

Rest of the World – please contact janaya@sloactive.com prior to placing your order for an estimated delivery price.

International customers are responsible for all international customs/tax charges related to your country of residence.

Terms and Conditions

SLO active cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit, or for delivery delays occurring once the goods have left the warehouse.

SLO active cannot be held responsible for non-delivery in cases where the wrong delivery address has been provided.  In these cases we are unable to provide a refund for these goods, or to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

All of SLO active’s products  are non-refundable, so it’s very important you follow our size guide [link] or email us at janaya@sloactive.com for any questions before you purchase to ensure you have the perfect fitting activewear.

After purchasing, If you find your activewear isn’t fitting quite right, we are more than happy to do an exchange if the conditions are met under our exchange policy.

 SLO active’s Exchange Policy*

  • Initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Unworn items must be returned within 14 days of delivery date.
  • Unworn items must have hygiene sticker in place, all swing tags attached, and returned in original SLO packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of the return postage.

*Note: All sale items are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items on sale or promotional discount.

Faulty Items

If you receive an item and believe it to be faulty or damaged, please contact SLO active within 7 working days of receiving your order.

Items must be in new and unused condition, must have hygiene sticker in place and all swing tags attached

We will inspect the item, and if appropriate arrange for refund, exchange or replacement and will reimburse any postage costs incurred.
